This is a delicious no- frills small-town seafood place.
The tartar and cocktail sauce are delicious. The hush puppies are on point. Fried catfish and grilled mahi both good.
Don't come expecting fancy names or complicated sauces. -

This place is really really really good. Tonight my husband and I had the fried shrimp. We opted to both upgrade to the loaded baked potato to take home for another meal. The sides came pre packaged for easy transportation. The dressings for the salad are all home made and good. The cocktail sauce (my fav) was also homemade as was the tarter sauce. Both excellent. There was only one Waitress who did a great job of balancing all the tables. Food was served timely and the correct temp. Over all the restaurant was clean. Even though a few tables hadn't been cleaned off from previous customers she was clearing them between tables. Seemed there where a few regulars there that she new their drink orders. Most important thing to note for me is that they have traditional boiled peel and eat shrimp. Something I can't seem to find anywhere else except the grocery store. So we will be back with the rest of the family.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at this place! I had the fried soft shell crab and grilled scallops with grilled vegetables! Nothing about the restaurant itself is attractive but the food was really good!

This place is a great little Hidden Gem. It's off of Highway 75 in the older part of Conroe. Our regular go to seafood place happen to be close this evening early. Too bad for them this will be our new go to.
There was only one waitress working this evening but she did an amazing job of waiting on all seven tables that were there. My Ice tea never went below half and she was constantly checking on us.
I had the grilled Snapper which was amazing. My dad had the fried catfish and he was very happy with it as well. The catfish portions were huge.
I have the Mexican-style shrimp cocktail. It was great. Not too spicy just right. -

Great chicken fried steak, catfish and steak fries
The service is fast and good too. Wide variety of items on menu and everything we have tried has been tasty
